How do video music courses work?

The courses can be seen on this website, with no need to download any apps or the videos themselves. When you buy a course you have to enter your email and choose a password, with which you can enter the site and watch the lessons you have purchased.

How long can I watch the lessons I have purchased?

Purchased video courses do not expire, so you can watch the lessons forever.

What do I need to watch the video lessons?

1) An internet connection. If the internet isn’t working, you can’t see the lessons. Just like any YouTube video.
2) A computer or other device connected to the Internet
3) An account on the site, with your email address and a password. The account is created when you purchase a course for the first time.

How can I watch the free lessons?

To see the trial lessons simply go to the lesson index. The first lesson of each course is always free. For longer courses, there are more than one free lesson.

I can’t get into the site anymore. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, click here.
If you have been blocked by the site’s security systems because you have entered the wrong password several times, don’t worry: the block lasts only 15 minutes.

How can I pay for video courses?

You can purchase video courses directly on the site using any credit or debit card. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please write me and I will send you the payment coordinates.

Can I watch the video lessons on my smartphone?

You can watch the video lessons on any device: computer, smartphone, tablet and even on your smart TV. The videos adjust to the size of the screen so that they are displayed appropriately.

If I purchase a video course, can I share it with friends?

No, your credentials to access the site are personal and limited to you. You are not authorized to give your credentials to other people. If the system detects that multiple people are using the same login credentials from different geographic locations at the same time, your account may be suspended.

What kind of technical assistance is provided along with the courses?

If you have technical problems accessing the site, you can write to me at any time by email or using WhatsApp. I usually respond immediately or within a few hours. In any case, I am committed to responding within 48 hours.

Can I ask for help if I don’t understand something in the lessons?

If you have a question about the content of the lessons, you can write it in the comments to the lesson. I will get back to you as soon as possible. However, if you have a personal question, about your course of study, you can email or WhatsApp me.

Can I call if I need to?

No, please don’t. I get a lot of messages and emails that I try to respond to immediately. If you would like or need to speak with me on the phone, please write to me to schedule a phone call.. Please don’t call me without first arranging a time when I can answer you.
